Talk to Chuck: Social Media

The Charles Schwab Company has many offices and multiple departments, which need to be unified. The main challenge for the company was to get the thousands of employees to connect with the man behind the name, “Chuck." They have a communication platform called, “The Schweb.” It allows leadership teams to share updates and perspectives with everyone in the company. The Schweb highlights news and activities from different departments to include how the employees are dealing with clients and what's on clients' minds. It's a simple way of demonstrating how everyone is living within the brand. Sharing ideas and networking across the company facilitates better interactions with the clients. It is a way to connect the front line with the back line.
